Drew Wheeler is a Sydney-based photographer who loves to tell stories through his pictures. His early exposure to photography, through experimenting with his grandfather's extensive camera collection, sparked his interest in the art form. He is inspired by making connections with his subjects and the challenge of seizing a moment in time with them while simultaneously documenting the "in-between" pieces that make up the whole of that moment.

Drew draws inspiration from artists such as Werner Herzog, Nick Waplington, and Marton Perlaki—creatives whose ideas and storytelling capture viewers' attention with conviction and truth. Drew's pictures are truthful and holistic in turn, with an aesthetic that feels soft yet brimming with energy.

Drew is always looking to document people, places, and epochs. He also loves collaboration and the "fun" or "humour" that can rear its head in the fashion industry.
