Cyan Mariani was born in Annecy, France. Cyan has been passionate about photography since he was just a kid. In his teenage year, he decided to become a Director of Photography. To reach his goal, Cyan decided to start with photography to train an artistic eye, then studied in a film school in Paris. Cyan is based between Paris and Annecy and is available worldwide.

I would describe my works as based on inspiration at crossroads between vintage techniques and modern references, fueled by a flexible and adventurous mind. An open mind is key in the way I create my image and lighting, which allows me to adapt my vision to any project. Through trying and experiencing, I’m able to create a unique aesthetic for each project, on top of keeping my key points which I consider, humbly, as my style.

I'm looking to create feelings through my images. My goal is to be able to let the viewer travel just by seeing the project. I want to capture the sentiments of the scene and not just images. I think this is what I aspire to achieve in my current work.
